compromise@release
i need to know how to reopen my workers comp case. i signed a compromise@release, due to bad lawyers @ corupt drs. i hope @ pray i still have legal rights.

There is almost no way to re-open your comp case if you signed a full compromise and release agreement, which was approved by a WC Judge. The only way to do so would be to prove that you were induced to enter the agreement by fraud, which would be very unusual and very hard to prove.
