Legal Question in Workers Comp in Pennsylvania

im pregnant and started bleeding on the job. now they wont let me work. can i claim workmans comp?

It'ts not Workers' Comp as there is no injury. It is pregnancy discrimination in violation of the 1974 amendments to Title VII of the federal Civil Rights Act.
