YOU NEED TO CONSULT AN ATTORNEY NOW!!!!

Find one who specializes in workers' comp. (I don't).

The carrier is trying to reduce or terminate your benefits. It's a typical strategy for them to have a "work specialist" (vocational rehab) come up with supposedly suitable jobs.

If the worker does not cooperate with these efforts, then the insurance company may have grounds to file a petition to terminate.

So you need professional advice right now.

Ideally, you should have gotten such advice when they started this process. Now it's critical.
