Legal Question in Workers Comp in Pennsylvania

stress

Under Pennsylvania law, can you claim workers comp for ''Work Related Stress''? Not so much, the normal stress of the job, but the harassment of coworkers and management making it a hostile work enviroment. Also, if so, do you have a potential law suit against the place that you are employed?

you may have some type of cause of action against the coworkers and management in limited situtations but the workers' compensation issue is very difficult.
