Legal Question in Workers Comp in Pennsylvania

I was injured at work, I was attending school with my tuition being paid at 90% for an A and 80% for b or c. I was on light duty and collecting my wc benefits because my co. has no light duty

I continued to attend my classes paying my tuition out of my wc benefits. I submitted my grades as usual and received my check in june, As usual i submitted my grades recently and they denied me. My injury occured on 5/1/07

Absent an agreement or union contract, I do not think there is any obligation on the part of an employer to continue any benefits other than the workers compensation.
