Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Peru

Hello,

I signed digitally a contract using www.echosign.com services, I work as a freelancer and sent some artwork an employer, he payed me to create such artwork.

Unfortunatly I think I didn't understand correctly the terms of that contract, anyway it is already signed.

I live in Peru, the employer lives in the USA, I would like to know if this service from www.echosign.com can be valid since I am in Peru and if this employer could use the digital contract against me if I use the art work as a part of my portfolio since one of the clauses apparently says I can't. What I basically want is just to show (online) as part of my portfolio or samples that I am the creator, so I can show my skills and get hired because of that.

Hello,

Yes, the service from www.echosign.com can be valid even though you are in Peru and the employer lives in the USA. I need to read the digital contract in order to determine if you can show (online) the art work as a part of your portafolio.
