Legal Question in Administrative Law in Philippines
Good Evening, Atty. I'm seeking for an attorney that can help to file an Annulment Case against my husband, my Neighbor introduce me to an Atty. We discussed the cost of the Annulment will cost P200,000, the next day the atty ask me to pay P60,000 for the acceptance fee to start the case, after I pay the money he just directed me to the psychologist without knowing what will be the ground of my annulment. Then during the psychological process, I realized that I can still save my marriage without filing an annulment so I decided to withdraw. My question is can I refund my money? which Law Agency can I go if the Atty refuse to back my money, and How much percent of the money can I refund?

Your lawyer is entitled to as much as what he has done to you. Send him a letter asking if you could demand a certain amount or better talk to him in person.
