Legal Question in Banking Law in Philippines
What is replevin case and ligitation? because i had existing car loan in tanay rural bank....in my statement of account i was delay of 2 months but regularly every month i managed to pay one month amortization of the car where receipt is in my possession...then suddenly as of april 2011, when i get my new statement of account i was amazed because there another payable dated 5 31 2010 filing fee-replevin case....we do not receive any written notice about this then the bank want us to pay it immediately unless they sheriff the car....how come they gonna sheriff the car and want us to pay the replevin case if we regularly pay the amortization every month?
