warrant of arrest

is warrant of arrest sir online at all airports in the philippines? what if mom will really go home next month...will she not be hold at the airport? because i heard that once warrant of arrest is active and served it can be detected at the airport once a suspect arrives...i fear that she could be on hold due to that? where can i possibly inquire if there is really a hold on departure order for her? is it really very sure that she can go home if the police did not know that she is coming(i'm talking about warrant of arrest)? how about if she's going back again to canada after her vacation here in the Philippines...would she still not be hold at the airport?

kindly differentiate sir the warrant of arrest and hold-on departure order...which has the bigger chance to hold mom at the airport?

well the better thing you do is to engage a counsel so that he an inquire the status of your mother whether she is on hold departure order, watchlist or blacklisted.In this case, you will safely be so sure that your mother can come in and go out of the Philippines free as a bird.
