Legal Question in Criminal Law in Philippines
good day! I just want to ask a legal advice regarding the case of my sister her employer filed a case against her for qualified theft they been hearing in prosecutors office for almost a month and last year june 2011 the case was dismissed by lower court. I just want to ask cause one time an nbi agent went to our house looking for my sister and as he said the employer of my sister will appeal in department of justice but the agent dont have any documents to present to us neither subpoena if they need my sister to appear. Please give as advice regarding this matter

Why don't you go to court and verify the claim of this alleged NBI or better ask your sister to secure an NBI clearance or check it with the DOJ.
