How long does a warrant last? and also on what to do?

i just need advice on what to do. I belong to a fraternity and recently I was name dropped by one of a member of a rival fraternity. I am innocent of the crime and was unaware that there was a case against me. I only found that out when I applied for an NBi clearance. I was quite surprised that I was a wanted man and that there was a case of attempted homicide against me. the warrant as I found out was issued january of 2006. what should I do?

Homicide is a criminal offense. A warrant for homicide does not lapse.

You need an Attorney to represent you as you have no choice but to appear in court to defend your case.

An Attorney can ask the Judge to grant you bail.
