good day!. Im having a problem with my CENOMAR cetificate., i did an imitation married to a Japanese citizen before but i was not expecting that it will reflect to NSO CENOMAR. I am a victim of illegal recruiter before. we are planning to get married with my partner now but im hoping for help to fix this BIG problem of mine. thank you.

Unfortunately, it appears that your "imitation" marriage to the Japanese citizen was actually valid, as the same now recorded with the NSO. It would be best to double check with NSO and check whether a marriage certificate is registered with them as well. If there is an existing marriage certificate registered at NSO, then you might need a seek the legal services of a lawyer to have your first marriage annuled.
