Legal Question in Family Law in Philippines

My husband told me he already has a final decision and that is, to be with his woman. I have his text messages saved in my cellphone. I know he is already living with her, but i wasn't able to have him confirm in that in the text message. The woman knows from the start that he is married. Reading from the articles on concubinage, it is mentioned that one of the factors is if he is cohabiting with her in any another place (not necessarily our home). As i understand it & with the situation that we have, i can already file concubinage right? Will my husband be restricted from going abroad if i file this case against him? how soon can concubinage be filed & him being charged? thank you.
