can i get married in another country with another nationality even i am still married but separated in 4 years. i am a filipina and my boyfriend is hatian

Once a person is married they can not remarry unless they are a widow or their first marriage has been annulled. Separation no matter how many years does not annul a marriage. For a marriage to be annulled, there must be a court order. Having 2 spouses at the same time is committing the crime of bigamy.

Under Philippine Law your second marriage shall be void from the beginning.

The Family Code of the Philippines Chapter 3. Art. 35 The following marriages shall be void from the beginning: (4) Those bigamous or polygamous marriages no falling under Article 41;
