Legal Question in Family Law in Philippines

i married with my second wife and i wanted to be legalized but my first marriage still exist. for almost 10 years from now i don't have any communication with my first wife. is there possible that my first marriage be void.

Your second marriage is null and void due to your first marriage. You can file a petition for declaration of nullity of marriage under Art. 36 of the Family Code. But you have to prove this ground.
