Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Philippines

For example just like what we deed we siblings of my late father and all children of my late auntie we filled an adverse claim last May 28 2012, because we want to have share on the rice land that left of our grand parent that only my other auntie is in position and we do have case before but it was dismiss beacause my grand father living with them that time and when hearing start they did not bring my grand father into the court to appear only them went. till this time we found out that they are selling it. Do they have the power to cancell anytime the said adverse claim? Thank you very much for your responses and help.

They can take legal action to cancel it but you can take legal action to assert it.
