Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Philippines

We are the legal heirs of a parcel of land but they sold the property without my knowledge, consultation and my affixed signature to the deed of sale. What are the best legal remedies that I can do to claim what is rightfully my share?

Then ask for the cancellation of the sale. You can file a criminal case for falsification.
