Hi,

My ex-spouse has denied me access to my son. I live in Portugal and she lives in South Africa. The reason she did this was because she was not satisfied with the child support I was paying.

Normally, the visits and acess to your son should be free and without reservations. In case of conflict, that seems the case, it is necessary to get to a formal agreement, extra-judicial, and if necessary, judicial.
