Legal Question in Technology Law in Puerto Rico

Is it illegal to post in a blog for example "facebook" that they wish someone dead. Or is it freedom of spech?

Wishing someone dead is probably protected free speach. However, a threat to kill someone is not. If there is a written threat against someone's life, please report it to the police.
