Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Puerto Rico

I'm writing to you on behalf of my brother in law because he recently had a job interview for Security company.They basically gave him the job. They signed all his paperwork when the time came to give him his uniform the shirt didn't fit him because his overweight. So they tolded him that call them back in two weeks to see if they can find his size. My Question is : What about in 2 weeks he calls and the position is filled, what should he do? Can he sue for discrimination?

No. He must be able to meet all of the job requirements. Fitting into the uniform is one such requirement.
