property in puerto rico has been abandend for several years , we have no deed and older sister had poper of attorty of moter

\when alive . want to sell and no papers of death certificate or power of attorney or property deed.. thank you catalina

You'll have to probate the estate. Hire a Puerto Rican lawyer.
