Getting Naturalized under mom's paperwork

back in 78 my mom got naturalized and my brothers along with my self were all minors my mom was never informed that she could of gotten us naturlized under her. Back in 05 when i heard this i tried to submitt form (600 i believe) and got denied because i was over 18 why cant we still file under naturlization since she was never properly advised of this back in ''78'' ?

Depending on your age and your status when your mother became a citizen, you may also have become a citizen. The law in this area has changed many times in recent years. You should seek the advice of an immigration attorney who will want to review your mother's naturalization certificate as well as documentation regarding your entry to the US to determine if you are a citizen and the appropriate steps to take to obtain proof of US citizenship.
