Legal Question in Legal Malpractice in Rhode Island

Dismissal Stipulation

All claims against all defendants may be and hearby are dismissed with prejudice and without costs to any party. My question is, based on this type of dismissal, could there have been a settlement reached out of court.

That is the usual reason for filing such a document. It certainly ends the litigation.
