DWAI/ Travel To Romania
If convicted with a DWAI ( wich is a traffic violation) can I still travel to Romania? Will Romania let me into their country?

You can check with the government of Romania via their local consulate if you are overly concerned. Is this a country you are required to obtain a visa for? You should keep in mind that a violation is just that and is not a crime or considered a criminal conviction.
