Legal Question in International Law in Saudi Arabia

Internet Frauds

Is there any protection of scams that we have on internet. I am activly engaged to investigate till end how these guys work and then see if I can sue at least the one who is dealing with me. Would you like me to give you all the correspondence so you could make people aware of this.

By the way I got your site address from the person who is communicating with me as he is using your mal.lawguru.com address.

I hope this site is not part of this scam?

Regards

Re: Internet Frauds

I have worked with several organizations that are attempting to protect against such scams, but in all honesty the work is VERY dofficult because a lot of the time it's simply hard even figuring out who the real party's are and more so locating them afterwards.

The UNited Nations has passed several resolutions, including resolution 1373 which to some extent has a neffect on such practices and could force foreign countries themselevs to pursue criminals engaged in illegal behavior through the internet in foreign countries.

Sorry I couldnt be of more specific help, feel free to email me for any more assistance.
