What are your rights after an arrest by the police ?

Your Legal rights

The basic rights is that you have the right to your attorney only after the police have carried all their investigations of your case .

You can be detained for a period of 48 hours after which you must be brought before a Judge for further extension of any remand . Bail can be granted to you only after the investigations are all completed.
