Can i claim compensation for use of my deceased fathers photograph, which he/the family did not consent to?
It depends on the circumstances.
Was the photograph used in private ? or published ?
Who took the photograph ? was it this the consent of your father?
The photograph is used on their coversheets, which hold documents and gets sent to client�s to formalize things. I�m sure someone from my father�s company would�ve taken the photo, but im not sure if he consented.
