Legal Question in Intellectual Property in South Africa

I have a business. The name of the business is not registered as a trademark. I have seent hat another company is starting up a stor in another town using the same name. What can i do to protect my good will. I advertise on the internet.

Are they in the same line of business ?

If your company is older that the other company, you can go to court and ask them to force a name change.
