Some one is accusing me of burglary she called and gave permission to go into the house but is now denies it

I'm not sure what to tell you. You didn't ask any questions. Its also hard to tell from what you wrote if you have been arrested or not. If you have, then you definitely need an attorney. If not, then there are steps you may be able to take to avoid being arrested.
