counter suit
My sister was protecting herself against two girls, but before she could press charges, they were already calling the cops. Is there a way for her to counter suit. They hit her first, but without a witness the two girls are denying it. What should she do?

A "counter suit" refers to a civil action. Meaning a law suit. Is she being sued or was she arrested?
