Legal Question in Criminal Law in South Carolina

Drug Task Force came to our home Sunday morning and arrested my husband on 2 counts of selling cocaine and 2 counts of selling cocaine within 1/2 mile of school. Their claim is that he sold to "someone who works for them" and that they have photos etc. Immigration has also placed an ICE hold on him now. His bond is currently 70,000 and my understanding is even if we could get a bond reduction and bail him out that Immigration will throw him immediately back in jail. I had a free consult with one of the best lawyers in my area who told me I should prepare myself for the fact that he will be doing time and then be deported back to Mexico for 10 years. I am in despair. Is there any hope for us or any possible defense?
