Legal Question in Criminal Law in South Carolina

Probation

My neice is out on Probation on federal charges. On Dec. 14, 2007 a warrant was issued for her arrest for fraud. Is this a violation of her probation? Her brother filed fraud charges because she signed his name on a check for signing his name on a check for less than $500.00. If he calls the judge and explain that it was a misunderstanding, can he stop the case from going to trial on March 10, 2008?

Re: Probation

It can be a probation violation. Calling the judge will not work. She needs an attorney. You or she is welcome to call. [email protected]
