Legal Question in DUI Law in South Carolina

need help

i was charged and arrested for discharging a firearm under the influence, at home. i wasn't tdrinking at the time i told the officers i had a shot of gin and half a bud-light,an hour before and was arrested. i know my blood alchol wasn't high at all. but i did smoke a joint at a party a week before will that show up and can they use that agianst me. because they can't prove beyond a reasonable doubt that i was under the effects at the time, can they, i wasn't. i have a clean record too.

You ask, "will that show up?" My question is, will it show up on what? You said you were arrested for "discharging a firarm under the influence." You didn't say you were charged with Driving Under the Influence, so I am not sure what you are referring to.
