Can my husband legally lock me out of the house?

Until and unless the Court says otherwise, either spouse can try to put the other one out of the home. Of course, the other person can try to get back in, and typically one cannot be arrested for breaking into one's own home. I would note that this is a very complicated issue and there are many factors that could drastically change the answer to this question.
