Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina

i want to get a divorce but he is in texas and i am in south carolina. i dont know where he is though how would i go about doing that without paying much or nothing at all

You must serve a copy of your divorce pleadings on him. If he cannot be located, then you may have to serve him by publication in a newspaper. There are many details that are needed from you before being able to tell you exactly what will be required for your particular case.
