Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina

my husband and i seperated for 18 months after having financial probliems he allowed me and my kids to move back into the home but we were not intimate nor did we sleep in the same bed we also buy our food seperately, i am not inlove with him and he is not in love with me either and both want to start this divorce process with out having to wait for another we have agreed on every issue involved and want to move on with our lives can i we do this

If you moved back in together, then the clock has restarted on the one year separation requirement. If you have children together or any significant assets/debts, then you should consider getting a legal separation rather than just waiting a year, as there are several advantages by doing so and risks if you don't.
