i want to get the father of my kids rights severed how do i go about that?

It is very difficult to terminate a parent's parental rights absent cases of abuse or neglect. The Court takes the position that a child needs both parents in the vast majority of cases. If you have an extraordinary situation, then perhaps the Court will consider doing so.
