Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina

According to Judge Brown's rules, spring break applies to when school is out. What if the child is in day care, which does not have a spring break?

Judge Brown's visitation schedule specifically says to use the schedule of the school district in which the child resides, even if the child is not in school.
