Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina

Can a mother dictate who is in the father's home during his visitation with the child with out any reason other than dislike for the other person? Can the mother force supervised visitation without any real cause other than just being difficult? No one, father or the other person has ever harmed or endangered the child.

If the father allows her to do so, then she can. If he does not want to abide by her terms, then he can have the Family Court address these issues, and that will put those decisions in the Judge's hands instead of hers.

These are complex issues, and it is important that they be handled correctly. Therefore, it is important that you consult an experienced family law attorney to find out what options are available to you based on the facts of your particular case.
