Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina
I needed to know if I could purchase my mothers home from her. My mother had a judgment filed against her by my aunt for about 70,000 which is attached to the home. my mother can no longer afford the home so i wanted to buy it from her. the mortgage is 25,000. please advise me if this is possible [email protected]
