Paternity Test

Is it possible to contest a paternity test because of the 50% prior probability, even though the test was done in another state and we now live in this state.

Re: Paternity Test

I'm afraid I don't understand your question. Paternity test don't give 50% results. It more in the 99% range. As far as whether you can contest it with you being in another state, I would need to know more information. I can't tell by your question if there is still a court action pending in the other state, where the child is, where the alledged father is, etc.
