Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina

My question is, what is the common wait period for a full day trial in the state of SC after papers have been sent to the court? Thanks

The time period from date of filing until date of trial varies widely and depends mainly upon (a) the issues involved and contested in the case and (b) the County in which the action is filed. The attorneys involved can also affect the time period, as they can speed it up or slow it down, depending on their trial strategy and other factors.

These are complex issues, and it is important that they be handled correctly. Therefore, it is important that you consult an experienced family law attorney to find out what options are available to you based on the facts of your particular case.
