Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina

I have reasonable visitation for my sons ages 17 and 18. My exwife lets them drink alchohol. What can I do about this?

Your options are somewhat limited. You can report her to law enforcement to see if they will do anything about her conduct and/or you can petition the Court for custody of the 17 year old.

These are complex issues, and it is important that they be handled correctly. Therefore, it is important that you consult an experienced family law attorney to find out what options are available to you based on the facts of your particular case.
