Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina

My son's father has Judge Brown Visitation. Based on the restrictions in that order, his father and new girlfriend are living together would this be contempt? The girlfriend has a son 11, my son is 3 and the father has a daughter 9; all these kids a sharing a bedroom as the house is only two bedrooms. Is there legally anything I can do and what? I do not agree with this at all.

Living with a boyfriend/girlfriend is expressly prohibited by Judge Brown's Parental Guidelines and Restraining Orders. You can file an action to try to have him held in contempt to remedy the situation and/or you can file an action to modify his visitation.

These are complex issues, and it is important that they be handled correctly. Therefore, it is important that you consult an experienced family law attorney to find out what options are available to you based on the facts of your particular case.
