immigration please help

hello, i am asking a pair of questions i hope some one will help me.

one friend of mine is illegal here in usa, she have been living here for five years now, she cama here when she was 13, this all hapen because he dad did not want to sign papers for her to came here,(he was abusing her mom) her mom decided to live mexico,now she married a guy wich later on he became a sailor(navy) now she tried to fix her status but they denied her, she has a 3 year old too, what can she do?

She should get an immigration lawyer to file to adjust the status, and claiming exceptional circumstances as to why she should be allowed to stay (something more than merely having a child).
