does my husband have to pay my furnal when I die wiht the ins. he has at work or can he just keep the money I am in stage 4 cancer and my husband says he is not going to pay the bills when I die can you please help I have no money for a lawer

I don't practice in your state, so its laws may be different from California's. However most states have laws which obligate the surviving spouse (or the deceased's estate) to pay creditors. I am sorry for your condition, and suggest you speak with the social worker at the hospital where you are being treated. Best of luck to you.
