Legal Question in Investment Law in South Carolina

Structured settlement

I am currently receiving a structured settlement every year. I wanted some advice if possible on how or can I get a lump sum instead of waiting every year. Also what are some penalities should I look for.

Re: Structured settlement

The main penalty if you go with one of those services, is that you'll be giving up a huge chunk of change for nothing.

The settlement was structured for a reason and was part of the bargain made at the time it was set up. Talk to the attorney who made the agreement first, before doing something that's going to cost you too much in the long run.
