Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in South Carolina

campgrounds

My wife and I travel to work. We stay primarily in campgrounds. Where we are now, we rented by the month a site with a 50 amp, 30 amp and 20 amp electrical service. while we were at work the landloard changed out this service for a 15 amp. He did not inform us of this change. Now we have electrical damage caused by running a 30amp camper on a 15 amp voltage source. What can we do about it? And is he responsible for paying for the damage?
