Legal Question in Real Estate Law in South Carolina

If you send someone a certified letter to give them 10 days to get

there belongings and you don't here from the person who got the letter, but you here from there mother can they take you

magistrates court?

You have not provided enough information for me to answer your question. I don't know enough about the situation. This sounds like it might be a Landlord/Tenant matter where the Tenant has moved out of the rental property and left personal belongings. But I just can't tell for sure. I also can't tell if this person is a minor or not, which could make a difference.
