Legal Question in Veterans Law in South Carolina

Rendered unemployable by VA Doctor

Greetings, I was in the first Persian Gulf war and shortly after my tour, was diagnosed with PTSD, but the VA has been fighting me for years and dening me service connection for this claim. I attended a inpatient PTSD program at a VAMC and the result was me being rendered unemployable. I have lay testimony from a buddy who helped with what's bothering me from the war. What are my chances of me getting service connection for PTSD?

I need to know more information in order to possibly help you. Has your claim gone before the board of veterans appeals already? Feel free to contact me; preferably after 7 pm eastern time.

Kind regards,
